Well… I finally had my workout a few days ago… right? I think I celebrated too soon! Hubby got sick and he hasn’t been able to watch the kids for me to go to the gym… I must say that I am just happy I haven’t “Give in” to food due to the “stress” I am not a “stressed out” person… but changes like this (him being sick, not having any help around the house, being stuck without going out) and stuff like that would usually be factors that would make me … eat! but here I am! Just happy I haven’t turned to food for comfort. I just wanted to update on that!
