So… it turns out that my “diet” requires me to eat a fruit and a cup of milk tonight… so… why not turn them into something else? I just put those two together and VOILA! The result was GREAT!
I just used the following:
- 10 frozen strawberries (do not thaw them)
- 1 cup of fat free milk
- 2 packets of Splenda
Just put it all in the blender! I used the “Ice crush” button and pulsed about 4 times. That was it! Then you can put it in the freezer for 10 more mins. if you want to give it even a “thicker” consistency (or you can eat it right away… it’s thick anyway) ….and you can just enjoy the very simple and 140 calorie healthy treat!
