Just a quick post to share about my numbers on the scale

Yesterday’s weight: 217.6         Today’s weight: 216.2

With hard work, self control and discipline it is possible to lose weight! I don’t need my old quick fixes! pills to lose weight, shots and starvation are in the past… I am eating healthy! I am eating good! and I am exercising! It is just a great combination to be healthy!

Praise The Lord for His strength because I know that on my own I lack the will and the power to do anything! but with Him I can do it all!
