I never want to forget this feeling! You know? Many times I’ve exercised and/or done diets and I always LOVE the feeling of being energized, not feeling slow and tired! I started walking (with a little bit of running) a few days ago and it’s amazing that I can already start feeling more “awake” not as tired, not as slow! I NEVER WANT TO FORGET THIS FEELING! whenever I feel like giving up I have to remind myself what I would lose if I did! I would lose energy, strength, thrive, happiness, speed, motivation, control, years… LIFE!
