Yesterday was DAY 2 of my new lifestyle!
Exercised for an hour… 10 min. on the escalator. 50 mins. on the treadmill.
Weight yesterday: 221.4
Weight today: 219.2
YES!!! I lost an additional 2.2 pounds! 3.6 pounds in two days! NOT BAD! So exciting!!!
